Acceptable Location, SIGNIFICANT issues

The location was acceptable. It was close to local amenities and restaurants. The pool was also nearby.
The wifi was unreliable. This WASN'T ideal for planning activities. The room wasn't properly cleaned, and the bathroom sink drain was clogged. This made washing up difficult. Staff members were unhelpful when I reported these issues.

The hotel lacked some conveniences. My biggest problem was the inconvenient breakfast. Arriving after 9 am meant limited choices. Staff failed to refill the coffee machine or provide glasses consistently. I did not like this.

I appreciated the kitchenette in my Garden Bungalow and the barbecue on the patio. It GAVE me the option to eat in.
The shower water wasn't consistently hot. It fluctuated between lukewarm and cold.
